Chinese JIAN

This sword is named Qin, the Qin dynasty was the first dynasty of Imperial China, lasting from 221 to 206 BC.

The blade is made of folded steel, it's full tang and hand-forged. There're two blood grooves running on each side of the blade. The handle and scabbard are made of ebony. The fittings are made of brass, the pattern are hand-carved, natural gems are used as deoration. The fittings are gorgeous.

The handguard and ornaments in the scabbard are also made of brass, hand-carved. The motif is from Han Dynasty. The scabbard is made of ebony, a type of black high-density wood with a fine texture.
