Ryan1410 is a katana in shinogi zukuri geometry. The blade is made of differentially-hardened 1095 high carbon steel with a beautiful choji hamon. The fittings set are made of specially-painted brass with a snake theme. The tsuka is made of hardwood with white, genuine rayskin panels and wrapped with black leather ito. The saya is partially-wrapped with white rayskin near the koiguchi-kurikata area and has a glossy-black paint finish.

Ryan1409 is another one of Ryansword's latest katana releases. The blade is made of differentially-hardened folded 1095 high carbon steel resulting a a blade with a very nice hamon and folding pattern. The fittings are cast brass/copper alloy with gold and silver paint and have an "orizuru" or paper crane theme. The tsuka is has a hardwood core with genuine rayskin panels and brown suede leather ito. The saya is made of glossy-black finished hardwood with polished, brown buffalo horn koiguchi, kurikata and kojiri.

Ryan1408 is a beautiful katana. The blade is made of 1095 high carbon steel specially differentially-hardened to produce a hitatsura hamon or full temper. A blade with hitatsura hamon has hardened portions on its spine and shinogi-ji resulting in a chaotic but wildly beautiful hamon. The fittings are snake-themed cast brass and plated with silver. The tsuka is made of hardwood with genuine rayskin panels and wrapped with black leather ito. The saya is also made of non-moisture retaining hardwood with black glossy lacquer finish and black buffalo horn koiguchi, kurikata and kojiri. All in all, Ryan1408 is an awesome katana that can be an eye-catching display piece and a very capable cutter.
