Ryan711 is a high-end replica of the katana in movie "Kill Bill". This katana is intricately forged in the shihozume lamination structure. The edge is made of 1095 high carbon steel which has high hardness while the sides are made of folded steel which has high flexibility and has a beautiful grain pattern or hada. Iron is used to form the softer core of the blade. The shihozume lamination is a labor-intensive forging technique that requires high skill level on the part of the swordsmith. Imperfect fusion or welding of the different steel types on the blade can cause the blade to delaminate or split.

Ryan1335 is a beautiful blade with a deep koshi sori curve and shinogi zukuri geometry. The blade is made of differentially-hardened 1095 steel with no bo-hi and designed for heavy targets. The sori is 2.8cm at the deepest point and the very appealing kissaki measures 5.5 cm.

The tsuba, fuchi, kashira are all made of iron. The seppa and habaki are made of brass but chromed to give it a silvery appearance. The tsuka is made of hardwood fully-wrapped with black, real rayskin and reinforced with cotton ito. The saya is made of brown hardwood partially-covered with white rayskin and then painted over with clear lacquer to show the very attractive wood grains. The koiguchi, kurikata and kojiri are made of polished buffalo horn.

Mugen is one of the main male protagonists of Samurai Champloo along with Jin. We made this sword according to the drawing of Mugen's sword. The blade is double-edge, made of 1095 folded steel, folding grains are clearly visible. The tanto is also made of 1095 folded steel, it's concealed in opposite end of the saya. The fittings are made of alloy, the saya is made of hardwood. The tsuka is also made of hardwood, it's wrapped with genuine rayskin and white hemp rope.

This sword is a beautiful, custom-built Osoraku wakizashi in aikuchi koshirae. It's name is Yamabushi, that means mountain warrior monks. Yamabushi sword was designed by Mr.Stacy Miller, and Ryansword made it in September 2018. Aikuchi is a type of Japanese sword mounting wherein there is no tsuba. The blade is an osoraku zukuri where the kissaki is more than half the entire blade length. The blade is made in honsanmai lamination with an edge made of 1095 steel for higher edge retention and the sides made of folded steel to give the blade a nice hada. It is clay-tempered and hazuya-polished to highlight the beautiful, natural hamon. The blade has a detailed, hand-engraved dragon horimono. The hourglass-shaped tsuka core is made of white hardwood and fully-wrapped with black-lacquered samegawa. The habaki is made of copper with a kanji engraving while the fuchi and kashira are made of blackened iron. The saya is made of hardwood with a unique oar-shaped tip and with a mitsudomoe design. Fuchi, kashira, koiguchi, kurigata, kojiri and Kaeritsuno are all made of real buffalo horns.

Odachi or nodachi was a type of traditionally made Japanese sword used by the samurai class of feudal Japan. Odachi are difficult to produce because their length makes traditional heat treatment more complicated: The longer a blade is, the more difficult (and expensive) it is to heat the whole blade to a homogeneous temperature, both for annealing and to reach the hardening temperature. The quenching process then needs a bigger quenching medium because uneven quenching might lead to warping the blade.  

The blade is forged from 1095 high carbon steel and clay tempered, both folding grains and hamon are clearly visible. The sword is well-balanced, it's battle ready.

Ryan1429 is a replica of Giyu Tomioka's sword from the manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. In the series, demon slayer corps is a group of skilled swordfighters who protect the people from demons. Giyu Tomioka is a high-ranking demon slayer who wields a Nichirin blade, made from a special ore that absorbs sunlight and made for killing demons.

The blade of Ryan1429 is made of through-hardened 1095 high carbon steel with a shinogi zukuri geometry and without bohi. The shinogi-ji is painted with black while the hira-ji is painted in blue. The saya is made of hardwood with glossy black paint and has metal koiguchi and kojiri. The tsuba, fuchi and kashira are made of alloy. The tsuka has real rayskin panels with a white, leather ito wrapped in hinerimaki style. On the blade near the habaki is etched a kanji which means "Destroy all demons".

Ryan1359 is a functional replica of Conan Father's Sword. It is sturdily built, the blade is made of 1095 high carbon steel and full tang. The fittings are made of brass. The handle is made of hardwood and wrapped with synthetic leather cord. The sword will go with a synthetic leather cover to protect the blade.
